Sunroom Skirt & Stair Rebuild

Clean vertical white batten panels now close off the sunroom foundation, giving it a finished, weather-tight look that hides the undercroft and sheds water. The entry stairs were rebuilt with composite treads, painted white stringers and risers, and black aluminum railings that match the rest of the home.

The result is a sharper, lower-maintenance curb appeal that ties the sunroom to the rest of the house without looking like an add-on.
